Growing
No matter how far you have come. No matter how much study you have invested. No matter how much you think you’ve got this. We are forever growing. With growing are growing pains. Our joints ache. Our bones hurt. Our muscles stretch. This is true whether it is in body, mind or spirit.
Within our bodies we grow up to an age of maturity anywhere from 16to 23 years of age. From that point; it is key to maintain our wellness at maximum growth or our body hurts either internally or externally. We are to treat our bodies as if it is still growing because indeed it truly is. Cells in our body regenerate daily. They heal wounds. They maintain metabolic balance. They sustain life. We are forever as long as we live, are at a state of perpetual growth or we begin to die.
Our mind in concordance with our body grows metabolically thru cell regeneration. Perpetuating neuropath ways, Maintaining thought. When one part of our brain is damaged, if we allow ourselves, we regenerate thru the renewing of our mind to build neuropath ways. This in essence is done by breaking paradigms of thinking. The mindset that: “this is how it has always been; therefore this is how it has to be”. That mindset will not bring growth. A shock to our system wakes up our cells, like that of power burst exercise. We do something that the brain is not used to doing. This is not done thru sheer will power because will power only lasts for but a little while before it exhausts itself and returns to the old pattern of thinking. It is thru consecutive renewed patterns interrupting the old patterns that’s growth occurs.
Without spiritual growth your inner corps being is not in balance. This is not to say that you must believe in a certain religion. Religion is just a community of like minded believers that edify each other in their chosen faith or belief system. Spiritual believe is just to acknowledge that there is someone or something that all things grow from more than you. God, Spirit, Universe, Thinking Stuff, whatever it is that you choose to call that which is greater than you is that which you need to acknowledge as being grateful because without the practice of gratitude there is no growth is your spiritual being. Where there is no growth, there is death. As with the body and the mind so is with the spiritual part of our being, perpetual growth is needed to sustain life.
Know I do have my preference to how I exercise and maintain my body. It is different than what others need for their own bodies. My preference for how I study and what I study is different than that of what others study and my paradigms are different than the paradigms of others. All paradigms stem from basic beliefs. How we concluded these beliefs may be variant within our memory. Faith and fear are basis are the same belief. Faith believes that something good is coming “the substance of things hoped for” fear believes something is coming the substance of that which we put our attention to or hoped for. Whether we hope for it or not if we think about it, roll it around in our brains, we are hoping for it, because what we put our attention to is what comes to us. Without interruption consecutive thought has its way. My spiritual beliefs are traditional and I believe that what our spiritual belief is determines our afterlife, but after life is not what is discussed. The purpose for life coaching the purpose for consulting is in our life. As we live today and breathe today. The laws governing that which we accomplish in life; body, mind and spirit are laws set into motion upon this earth. As we live and breathe, we grow. It is within one’s own conclusion to their life after this one. As for this life your own design or one that is by default. Whether you design or allow it to happen thru you, you will live this life.” So for this life let’s make it a great one.”
